The Jacqueline Gilliard Rosier ECF President Endowment Fund was established to provide financial support through scholarships for:

• Academically struggling, need-based students, accepted into college or trade school;

• Individuals and families in need-based academic financial crisis; and

• Music, art lessons, and camps for gifted and hardworking, financially need-based students K-12.

The endowment honors the contributions of Ms. Rosier, the first president and director of

the Educational and Charitable Foundation.
