Ms. Tucker-Thomas currently serves as a University Grants Manager for the U.S. Department of Transportation Office of the Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology. She holds a B.S. in Airway Science from Hampton University, an M.S. Transportation from Morgan State University and a Juris Doctor from Concord Law School.
