Stacey Hardy-Chandler, PhD, JD, LCSW
Dr. Hardy-Chandler is the Director of the Center for Children and Families for the Alexandria, VA Department of Community and Human Services. She is also the President and CEO of Leadership Excellence & Adaptive Development Services, LLC (LEADS). She holds a PhD and MA from the California School of Professional Psychology, a JD from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MSW from the University of California, Los Angeles.
